`A CHANCE TO LIVE
hmm.. during CRS lesson today, i learnt something very meaningful even though it has nth to do wif my course.. teacher gave us an argumentative article abt not aborting unborn babies wif major handicaps such as Down's sydrome..
when i read thru' the article, many feelings abt life just came over me.. i feel lucky to be born normal but at the same time, i feel sorry for those ppl whom i see wif such handicaps..
but like us, they're all human beings, therefore, we should all treat them like ordinary ppl and not look down on them or avoid them.. in this article, the author is trying to encourage parents not to give up on their unborn babies wif such handicaps..
i found this sentence very true, it says "every child is wanted and there is always someone out there who would love the child if he is given a chance to be born" if he is given a chance, that's the keyword.. i agree wif wat the author said.. (: i respect and admire parents of these 'special children' becoz they are ordinary ppl wif extraordinary hearts!
if these babies are give a chance to live, they'll be loved.. (: i wished for all these babies to be able live and to be loved..
