yesterday was my parents' 25th wedding anniversary.
celebrated at Clementi Woods Sakura buffet with my family, poo and bro's gf.
met poo poo after fyp at west mall and we went off to buy a card and gifts for my parents.
had no idea what to give them initially.
we decided to get them a pair of couple cushions!
as we wanted to have their names sewed on it, poo and i went around bukit batok neighbourhood, IMM and finally jurong east entertainment where we managed to find a suitable shop. however, they could not do it for us as the cushions have no casing and they are afraid they might spoilt it.
so we gave up the idea eventually.
sat at the bench and wrote the card while waiting for the parents to fetch us from there.
we hid the plastic bag while entering the car.
bro and his gf went there on their own in bro's car which was coincidentally next to our car on the road.
handed my bro the card so they can write.
what happened next was super comical.
kor said they needed to use the toilet while we were entering the second storey to our seats which was acutally on the first level.
bro and his gf went to the first level's table to write and of all places, the parents saw them writing lah! haha.
it was damn funny.
oh well. we gave them the card, gifts and wished them before dinner started.
went on with dinner and we were all happy and full at the end.
bro sent his gf back while the parents sent poo back.
came back, rest and relax.
it was a great day spent with my family. (:
stay home today to have a good rest.
the flu's still giving me problem.
sigh. i want to recover soon and stay healthy!!
